Click & Collect - PLEASE NOTE

Collections are now available in 2 locations

By Using our Click & Collect Service you are agreeing to our company following payment/service rules.

*Click & Collect orders can only be collected during our stated opening times in Hull.

**Click and Collect orders from South Ferriby collections are only evenings between 6pm & 8pm Tuesday to Friday ONLY.

To arrange a Click & Collect - Please place your order and change your postal method to Click & Collect.

Click & Collect is free, we only ask that the value is more than £10 ex vat and will zero the postage charge. If Click & Collect does not appear then it means your order does not qualify.

You will receive an automated invoice straight away after payment clears confirming your order. Following this, usually within 24hrs, you will receive another email when it is ready to collect from our retail store.

We cannot take cash or over the phone payments for Click & Collect, only Debit/Credit Card or PayPal is accepted online.

Items can be tried on when collected and if not correct to size we will exchange or refund on that day. Refunds are made through our website payment system, not on our card machines in our high street store. Any excess differences in price will be charged in store on the same day of exchange. Funds can take 3-10 *working days to be credited back depending on the card payment type used. PayPal original payment refunds will be processed through PayPal asap.

*Working Days = Monday to Friday.

Returns/Exchanges. 

The usual return of 14 days (2 weeks) from purchase date applies only on full priced items collected without fitting.  Please note 14 days is NOT from the date the customer collects the order, it is from the invoice date.  Monday to Sunday = 7 days which does include Saturday & Sunday.

Orders/Deals/Sale or Clearance cannot be returned on Click & Collect after they leave our store as they can be tried on before taking away.
